AMML has recently initiated an education programme called
Museum in Education (MIE). Under this programme, schools
of the Jammu region are being contacted for participation
in workshops on art orientation, clay modelling, and
miniature painting. Guided tours and gallery talks form
an integral part of the MIE programme. It has so far
evoked tremendous response in the students. The museum
from time to time runs short courses of two to three
months’ duration on clay modelling, drawing, oil
painting, print making, etc. For further details and
